So, starting today I will be doing this workout 2times a day. The photo says 3-5 but for the first week or so I’m going to do it ones in the morning and again at night.
I’m proud to say I was able to make it through without stopping Yay Me!
My goal is to lose 40lbs in 4 months. I am a plus size girl with no desire to be a size 0. Just want to feel better in my clothes, think my 40lbs goal will do that for me…. :-]
