To start the year off, I decided to just focus on my eating. Like most people during the holidays, I ate whatever I wanted…
For the last 10 days I have been cooking all my meals; fruit, vegetables and fish… I have been pretty focused with a few treats but nothing crazy.
Now that I feel good about my eating, I can start to add in my workouts again.
Weight Training 3x week
Cardio 4x a week
*Weight Down 6lbs since 1/2 (mostly holiday weight)
I have been starting and restarting… Challenges, Eating plans and Workout Schedules
And I feel like each weekend I drop the ball in some way… So I have decide for the remaining days in December, I will relax
Now relaxing doesn’t mean no exercise and eat whatever I want whenever… But I will not stress about.
I will be enjoying my holiday season… And be ready for 100% after the new year
I took a personality test and it said…
"U do not readily grasp the social rituals; for instance, you tend to have little patience and less understanding of such things as small talk and flirtation."
After some reflection on recent events this is 100% correct…. I need people to be 100% clear with me, flirting goes over my head and Im lost when it comes to small talk.
This is going to be hard…. But Day 1 Complete!!!
FYI: I Hate Burpees!
I to often value the things the people I love value, or if they think something is important it’s important to me…. But I to often don’t feel it is returned
So I have been eating Crazy! Lately.
And decided today to only eat fruit, veggies and trailmix
Now when I was home, I was golden. I ate two apples with peanut butter and drunk some orange tea.
When I left the house I grabbed a bottle of lemon/lime infused water I made… And off to work I go…
I passed Wayback Burger, Popeyes, Two Pizza places, and a variety of equally unhealthy spots… But I just could not pass the French Fry truck parked across from my job. I order a small order of fries with ketchup and BBQ sauce.
But Potatoes are vegetables right?
